AFX010x Product Family

Up to 4 channels,  up to 16-bit resolution,  sampling-rate up to 5 Gsps, digitally-selectable 3dB bandwidth up to 300MHz, integrated single-to-differential amplifier & offset DAC

The AFX010x family products are state-of-the-art Analog Front Ends  designed for applications requiring low power consumption, high signal integrity, high sampling rate, wide bandwidth and high level of integration. 

One AFE IC consists of four independent, highly integrated channels. Each channel includes a programmable input capacitance, a single-ended-input to differential-output Programmable Gain Amplifier (PGA), an offset DAC, an ADC and a digital processor.

All products are  pin-to-pin compatible in a standard 12 mm × 12 mm, 196-Ball BGA.
